This is a very special limited offering of our CF2 patrol pack. DPM (Disruptive Pattern Material) was originally developed in the early 1960’s and has had several versions, colour variations and evolutions since its inception. Originally developed by the British Government for the United Kingdom and the British Overseas Territories, it has been used and modified by the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Australia, Slovenia, Serbia, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Brunei, Malaysia, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Nepal, Oman, Jordan, New Zealand, Figi, Belize, Jamaica. DPM as a pattern has quite possibly seen combat in more conflicts than any other pattern in world history.
In the early 00’s British DPM was discontinued by the UK’s MOD. Its original fabric has been dwindling ever since. Before it was too late, we decided to make a very special production run and found some of the remaining stock in the United Kingdom for sale.
We chose to manufacture this small quantity of fabric into our DZ-Rig, CF Daypack, CF2, CF3 & CF4, giving a complete package for your collection to tackle almost any mission or adventure.
This special offering has been manufactured in a lighter 300 denier nylon which has a PU coating for waterproofing. Making it a one-of-a-kind production run, and a perfect collector’s item for the enthusiast.
